Attentive, full-body massage for men who want depth, connection, and a complete reset in Los Angeles.

Come in sore, stiff, overworked, or running on fumes. I’ll take it from there. There is no autopilot here. Each session is customized to your body, combining focused depth, long connected strokes, attuned touch, intuitive rhythm, and continuity from head to feet. Influenced by Esalen bodywork, my work also integrates healing energy to support deep relaxation and a greater sense of balance.

I bring...More 6 years of hands-on experience in presence-based bodywork. I am also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, and that training shapes the quality of attention I bring to every session.

What to expect:
• We begin with a brief conversation about what your body needs and how you want to feel when you leave.
• Pressure, rhythm, depth, and pacing are adjusted throughout the session according to your preferences and responses.
• The work may gradually build energy and charge before settling into deep relaxation.
• Hot stones are available, if desired.
• Natural oil and oil-free options are available.
