Hi, I’m Sean. I’ve been providing massage therapy for over 18 years, and I love helping people feel relaxed, refreshed, and comfortable.
I specialize in deep tissue, sports, and relaxing massage, and every session can be customized to your preferences. Whether you prefer firm pressure or something gentler, I’m happy to adjust throughout your massage and avoid any areas that are sensitive or uncomfortable.
My private studio is located in Sacramento’s Land Park area, with plenty of free street parking nearby.
I offer two different session lengths, so you can choose what works best for your schedule and needs.
Everyone is welcome! I’m proud to support and be a part of the LGBT+ community, and I’m equally happy to work with anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and relaxing massage experience.
My studio is comfortable, quiet, and low-key. I play relaxing music, and you’re welcome to chat with me—or simply relax and enjoy some uninterrupted time for yourself. My goal is to make your experience completely stress-free.

I had been reluctant to schedule a massage since undergoing major surgery. I had become very self-conscious about how my body looked and anxious about how it might react when pressure was applied near sensitive areas. After putting it off for a long time, I finally decided to make an appointment with Sean and I am incredibly grateful that I did.
When I arrived at his studio, Sean immediately made me feel comfortable. We had a relaxed conversation about my surgery, my concerns, and the fears I had about receiving a massage. He explained that he had worked with other clients who had undergone similar treatments. His nursing background and understanding of the type of procedure I had experienced gave me the reassurance I needed.
Sean’s hands were truly magical. He patiently and skillfully worked through more than three years of tension and knots throughout my body. By the end of the massage, I felt deeply relaxed and, for the first time in a long time, reconnected with my body.
Sean did much more than provide an amazing massage. He helped me move beyond a fear I had carried since surgery and reminded me that my body could still experience comfort, care, and healing. I highly recommend him, especially to anyone who may feel nervous or vulnerable about returning to massage after a medical procedure.
