Overview

Greetings, I am Israel, a specialist in sports neuromuscular massage, dedicated to optimizing athletic performance and promoting recovery. I am honored to have graduated from the National Holistic School of Massage in Sacramento, California, where I received extensive training in advanced bodywork techniques.

My methodology integrates targeted neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue work, and functional movement principles to address chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and injury prevention. I ascribe to a holistic philosophy that acknowledges the interconnectivity of the human body, employing... mindful and precise touch to facilitate healing and relaxation.

My services are accessible solely by appointment, thereby ensuring individualized care that addresses your unique needs. APPOINTMENT ONLY, please utilize my Booksy link.
