Overview

I’m a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, specializing in Deep Tissue bodywork for pain relief, mobility, and chronic tension. Based in Long Beach, CA, I’m honored to work with clients from all walks of life, including gay and trans clients.

I take an assessment-based approach, using skilled evaluation and hands-on treatment to identify and address muscular patterns that contribute to pain, restriction, and postural imbalance.

I work with clients experiencing chronic tension, headaches, restricted mobility, sports-related soreness, and lingering effects of injury,... with attention to how muscular tension and the nervous system interact in stress and guarding patterns.

I specialize in TMJ dysfunction, including jaw clenching, teeth grinding, and associated head, neck, and facial tension and discomfort.
