I specialize in therapeutic bodywork for men seeking pain relief, improved movement, athletic recovery, and nervous system restoration. I use a toolbox of techniques including Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Chinese Tui Na, Hot Stone Therapy, and positional release techniques to create sessions tailored to each client's needs.

4.)Nervous System Reset sessions emphasize relaxation and stress reduction, helping clients shift out of chronic tension and into a state of greater ease and balance.
As a Pain Management Specialist, my philosophy is to work with the body rather than against it. Every session is individualized, combining therapeutic techniques with careful observation to help uncover the underlying patterns contributing to discomfort.
