Overview

I am a graduate from SOMA, one of Chicago’s premiere massage therapy schools, which teaches a clinical approach to understanding the integrated systems of the body and working with chronic pain. It is my goal to work with my clients on a direct and individual level, which allows me to be of service to the connected qualities between bodily pain, emotional stress and personal habits. I offer modalities of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.

I...More am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I do not hold any medical degrees and I cannot diagnose your pain as a qualified medical professional can.

Furthermore, I am an artist and sculptor with a background in dance, tai chi and yoga. I bring many years of connection between creating art, somatic mindfulness and integrative healing into the bodywork I share with my clients.

I am welcoming of all LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as people with disabilities, all ages and body types. I am vaccinated for Mpox and COVID and offer protocols for COVID-conscious clients.

For those with mobility issues, please note my home studio has stairs and is without an elevator. Last minute appointments may be possible if I am available.
