Overview

I do Thai Fusion bodywork on a large floor mat, incorporating the trifecta of stretching, deep pressure, and movement. I've practiced Thai Massage and Reiki energy work for nearly 20 years, as well as Myofascial Release and ZenThai.
Professionally trained and Master-level Reiki certified, I'll tune into your body for a tailored session, using over two decades of experience from weight training, yoga, and martial arts.
My massages are full body, and I do best when people come to me with a problem we can dive into and troubleshoot together - hip mobility, shoulder pain, or stress off the charts, to name a few.
I also work with a Biomat for those wanting a deeper nervous system reset (ask me about it!).
