With over a decade rooted in holistic wellness, my approach to bodywork starts with one truth, your body is already telling me what it needs, and my hands know how to listen.
I'm a certified yoga instructor with deep training in somatic awareness, breathwork, and energetic bodywork. My sessions draw from Swedish and deep tissue foundations, blending firm intuitive touch with sound therapy and curated aromatherapy to drop you into a space most rarely allow themselves to enter: a full...More surrender. I find the knots you've been carrying in your shoulders, your low back, the places you didn't even know were holding tension, and I work them out with patience, pressure, and presence until your body has no choice but to let go.
My philosophy is simple: you push hard out there, and here you can stop performing and truly let go. Every session is tailored to your body, never rushed, never routine. You'll leave my table feeling lighter than you have in months loose, grounded, and back in your own skin.
