Over a decade in holistic wellness taught me one truth: your body is already telling me what it needs, and my hands know how to listen.

I'm a yoga instructor with deep training in somatic awareness, breathwork, and energetic bodywork. My sessions are built on Swedish and deep tissue foundations, then layered with firm intuitive touch, sound therapy, and curated aromatherapy until the room itself starts working on you. What most people notice first is the quiet. I move slow. I keep the space low-lit and warm, and I've been told the presence arrives before the hands do.

My philosophy is simple. You perform out there. Here you don't. Every session is shaped to the body in front of me, never rushed, never routine.
