With over 1,000 hours of formal education and years of clinical practice, I know how to help your body let go. Your session naturally draws from extensive training in several modalities. These include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Sports Massage. I also incorporate Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Passive Joint Movement, and Cranio-Sacral therapy.
