I provide professional massage therapy centered on relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. My sessions integrate Swedish massage, deep tissue, and targeted bodywork to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process. While I offer deep tissue work, my primary intention is to create a calm, restorative experience that allows the body to release stress and reset.

I am also trained in Reiki and guided breathwork, which can be incorporated upon request to support relaxation and mind-body...More awareness. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you are seeking stress relief, recovery from physical strain, or ongoing maintenance.
