I use a combination of steady pressure and gentle stretching, adjusting each session to what your body needs that day. Nothing is rushed, and I take my time to create a pace that feels natural and comfortable for you.

My goal is simple just to help you slow down, reset, and leave feeling... lighter, more at ease, and more connected to your body.

The space is clean, calm, and private, where you can fully relax and feel safe being yourself. Everyone is welcome, including LGBTQ clients and Cats friendly.
