Overview
I have been working in the massage and wellness industry since 2008. In addition to providing professional massage therapy, I have also served as a certified yoga instructor and fitness trainer. For five years, I taught massage therapy as an instructor at a local college. My approach combines neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, deep tissue work, assisted stretching, and other therapeutic techniques, all integrated into a relaxing Swedish foundation. Every session is 100% customized to address your specific needs and goals
