Bodywork is about healing. I offer a deeply restorative and nurturing massage that is equal parts calming and energizing. Based in Swedish and Deep Tissue technique, my practice is intended for people of all shapes and sizes, with a range of physical and energetic needs.

I scheduled bodywork with Chris because my lower back was killing me. He came to my apartment and an hour later I felt SO much better. More importantly, the next day and week I also felt better. He focused on my lower back, but also on my glutes and upper torso, and somehow that combination made all the difference. The way he combines stretching into his deep tissue really makes a difference. I appreciated the quality of his work, and also his easygoing attitude. I'll definitely be booking him again soon.

Chris's massage is exactly as described on his site. He's incredibly warm and inviting, so I felt comfortable right away. His warmth continued through the whole session. He really dug into the knots in my shoulders and lower back, and yet it never felt painful or uncomfortable. Chris was kind and highly skilled, and I'll definitely return for more massages with him.
