My background in professional sports over the past 20 years has given me an understanding of the human body and how it responds to movement, stress, and recovery. Through years of working with physical therapists, doctors, and massage specialists while competing in multiple sports, I’ve developed a deep awareness of what the body needs to heal and perform. Over...More time, this experience sharpened my intuition. It allowed me to sense where the body is asking for attention.

My approach is both technical and intuitive. I combine the knowledge gained from high-level athletic training with a refined sensitivity to touch. I focuse on restoring balance. Each session is guided by presence and awareness, creating a personalized experience.

Expect an atmosphere of relaxation and positive energy. A welcoming space where you can truly disconnect from daily stress. My goal is to create a flowing experience that feels grounding and revitalizing, leaving you lighterand more in tune with your body. I have a no discrimantion policy and welcome members of the lgbt community to my studio.
