Overview

I'm an Austin-based massage therapist specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue bodywork for the LGBT community — especially those who've been putting off that much-needed session a little too long.

Each appointment is tailored to the individual. Sometimes that means long, calming strokes to help you fully decompress after a hectic week. Other times, it means getting into the deeper layers of muscle tension that have been nagging at you for months. I take the time to listen and adjust... so that every session feels intentional, not routine.

I got into this work because I believe good massage should be something people can actually make a habit of — not just a once-a-year splurge. I care about how you feel walking out, and I'm focused on getting you closer to whatever goal you walked in with.
