I’m an Austin-based massage therapist specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue bodywork for the LGBT community who’s been putting off that much-needed session a little too long. Each appointment is tailored to the individual; sometimes that means long, calming strokes to help you fully decompress after a hectic week, other times it means getting into the deeper layers of muscle tension that have been nagging at you for months. I got into this work because I believe good massage should be something people can actually make a habit of, not just a once-a-year splurge.
