Overview

With over 15 years of ballet and yoga training, my work is rooted in an intimate understanding of alignment, breath, control, and fluidity. Movement has always been my first language, and that awareness naturally evolved into over a decade of hands-on bodywork training. For the past five years, I’ve cultivated my own private practice, refining an approach that blends technical precision with intuitive touch.

My technique integrates deep tissue, restorative flow, breath-guided release, and subtle energetic awareness. I know that...More the body responds best when it feels safe, seen, and held. True rejuvenation happens not through force, but through presence.

I’m excited to bring this practice into a new community, especially in Los Angeles, and introduce a unique approach to massage therapy. My sessions are designed to restore, awaken, and reconnect you to your body.
