Overview

I am a very recent transplant to the Desert. I graduated from the Swedish Institute in NYC - where I lived and practiced for 25 years. My speciality is Deep Tissue/Sports/Medical Massage. These are the techniques that produce lasting change, prevent injury and increase performance. I can also add in stretching to the session or perform a gentler Swedish session that mainly promotes relaxation and stress relief.

I am Licensed in NYC and Certified in CA. If you have had a good massage before then you know the key is how well the therapist listens and their ability to coordinate the art of massage with the science of massage to build a great session. That's my goal every time.
