I completed my formal education at the Swedish Institute in New York, where I received extensive training in anatomy, physiology, Swedish massage, and Deep Tissue techniques. I have also trained internationally while living in China, which enhanced my ability to work effectively with muscular tension using a refined, mindful approach.
