I offer professional massage therapy services designed to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and a renewed sense of balance through attentive, high-quality bodywork. I completed my training at the Swedish Institute in New York, developing a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, Swedish massage, and deep tissue techniques. I have also trained internationally while living in China, which enriched my approach and allows me to work with muscular tension in a mindful, intuitive, and effective manner.
