I offer professional therapeutic massage services centered on relaxation, mindful bodywork, and stress relief on a state of the art earthlite table. A designed environment with high quality speakers for sound bath relaxation. My practice is informed by hands-on training and a client-focused philosophy that emphasizes presence, intention, and respectful touch. Each session is designed to help clients slow down, release physical tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm in their body while focusing on breathwork to release unwanted...More tension in their body and surrender it to my hands and gravity.

My approach blends focused deep-tissue techniques with slower, restorative massage to support muscle recovery, circulation, and nervous system regulation. I believe massage therapy is most effective when it is grounded, attentive, and tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Sessions take place in a private Downtown Minneapolis studio that is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully prepared with fresh linens, high-quality oils, soft lighting, and relaxing music. I prioritize professionalism, discretion, and clear communication to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming experience.
