I offer slow, attentive bodywork for men who want to fully relax, let go, and be present in their bodies. Sessions are unhurried and grounded, held in a warm, soothing space where tension can melt and breathing naturally deepens.

Using flowing, continuous strokes combined with deeper, mindful pressure, the massage unfolds gradually over the entire body. Time is spent both face down and face up, allowing for a balanced, connected experience from head to feet. My approach is intuitive and responsive—listening to your body, your breath, and your comfort level throughout the session. Before we begin, we’ll briefly talk about any injuries, sensitivities, or areas you’d like me to be especially mindful of, so the experience feels safe, respectful, and personalized.

In addition to bodywork, I offer haircuts and body trimming to complement your overall sense of care and wellbeing.
