Overview

My bodywork philosophy is centered on attentive, intuitive, and individualized care. I believe effective massage begins with listening—not only to what a client says, but also to how the body responds through tension, movement, breath, and subtle changes under touch.

I do not approach every session with the same routine. Each person arrives with a different history, stress pattern, level of sensitivity, and goal. My role is to meet the body where it is and use the pressure, pace, and...More techniques that are most appropriate in that moment.

I value deep, confident touch, but I do not believe therapeutic work has to be forceful to be effective. Often, when the nervous system feels safe and supported, the body becomes more receptive and deeper restrictions can release with less resistance. I combine relaxation and therapeutic methods to create work that is both restorative and purposeful.

My goal is to help clients feel more comfortable, mobile, grounded, and connected to their bodies. I especially enjoy working with people who value massage as an ongoing part of wellness, recovery, and self-care.

Above all, I believe quality bodywork should feel respectful, professional, present, and highly personalized from beginning to end.
