Masterful Massage by Andrew

Andrew is easily one of the best therapists I’ve ever been to. Beyond being incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment you walk in, he’s a big, muscular guy, which gives him the perfect natural leverage and strength to deliver a truly effective deep tissue massage. I prefer very firm, slow pressure to get through dense muscle knots, and his technique is phenomenal. He has a masterful understanding of the body.

Andrew (Rudey)is not only the best Massuer I’ve encountered but also the kindest guy ever. He was very quick to respond to my message on scheduling a massage. It was worth the wait given our scheduling conflicts. He worked on my trouble areas and when I say it was a sigh of relief. It was. Do yourself a favor and book with Rudey.

Rudey has been my regular massage therapist for over two years, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. As his photos show, he’s incredibly strong and he knows how to use that strength with real intention; when deep pressure is needed, he delivers it confidently and effectively. At the same time, he’s impressively attuned to your body and your feedback, adjusting pressure and technique in the moment so the massage always feels targeted and therapeutic rather than overwhelming. You never feel like you’re getting a one-size-fits-all session.



Beyond the physical skill, what really sets him apart is how genuinely kind and attentive he is. He checks in without being intrusive, listens carefully to what you need, and creates a space that feels comfortable and relaxed. He’s also a great conversationalist when you’re in the mood to talk, but just as respectful of quiet when you want to fully zone out. You leave not only feeling physically better, but also feeling cared for, which is a rare combination.

In the past I viewed a massage more as a luxury. I’ve used professional massage services before, and while the massage felt good at releasing muscle tension, I never felt like ianyone was able to address deeper tissue issues I experienced. I didn’t realize just how therapeutic and effective a massage from a really skilled masseur could be until I hired Rudey. I especially appreciated the deep tissue techniques that he used so effectively. He was very good at checking in with me to make sure I was OK even though I had specified deep tissue massage. His combination of techniques were the most skilled I have experienced and really rooted out tension, knots, and lactic acid buildup from regular workouts. I felt amazing afterwards. And I was pleasantly surprised that the lotion he uses left no scent or residue. Now that I know just how beneficial a really good massage can be, I plan to become a regular client of Rudey. I will also be recommending him strongly to friends. I can’t speak highly enough about his professional manner, his attentiveness to his client, and the quality of his skill.

Rudey helps put you at ease when giving a massage. He is one of the few people who is genuine and makes sure you are comfortable. He has always made it a point to ask what my pain points are and where he should focus on most during the massage. He makes the entire experience totally enjoyable.
