Apart from displaying professionalism at all times, excellent massage technique and great attention to soften nots and overall muscle tightness, Michele also is very caring and conversational. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to those who train a lot.

I have now had multiple massages from Michele at the Soho Gym Farringdon. The room is large, comfortable and well equipped with a professional, height adjustable table. Michele is a super friendly, nice man with a welcoming attitude. Conversation flows at your pace and choice. Technically, as a masseur, he is outstandingly brilliant. I have taken massage for 30 years and Michele is among if not the best therapist I have encountered. He uses a wide range of techniques including intense stretching and muscle manipulation, a unique combination that reminds me of a mixture of Structural Integration, Rolfing, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports. I highly recommend Michele

Re. deep tissue massage with Michele
On a number of occasions I have experienced deep tissue massage with Michele, and am happy to highly recommend him.
The studio in which Michele performs the massage is always spotlessly clean. The temperature is always correct, and there are plenty of clean towels available.
Michele is courteous and welcoming. He always makes sure that you are comfortable in the surroundings, and have all you need. He has a friendly and relaxing manner.
Throughout the massage Michele is careful to explain everything he is doing and why. He has an excellent knowledge of physiology and anatomy, and is able to diagnose your needs.
Sometimes, of necessity, this kind of massage can be uncomfortable and even painful. If so, Michele always warns in advance of discomfort, and ascertains that the pressure/stretches etc. are not too much.
For me Michele has understood my needs perfectly, and over the course of a few sessions I have felt huge benefits.
Michele’s charges are very reasonable. (In fact he has on occasion gone over the agreed time but refused to accept extra payment).
I highly recommend massage with Michele.
