I'm a bodywork practitioner, spiritual facilitator, and coach offering spaces where you can truly let go and feel held. My work blends hands-on massage with nervous system support, somatic healing, and parts work for those seeking deeper integration.

I'm trained in transformational psychotherapeutics rooted in the Hakomi Method, breathwork, IFS (Internal Family Systems), trauma-informed facilitation, and yoga. Whether you're looking for a full-body massage to release tension or a longer session that blends bodywork with somatic and emotional work, I create a peaceful space with aromatherapy and organic oils where you can feel safe, seen, and nourished.

I also offer one-on-one coaching for queer men seeking to awaken their purpose and step more fully into their power. I facilitate group spaces both online and in person.

My approach is grounded in presence and care, honoring both your body and what you're carrying. I believe healing happens when we feel truly held, and I'm here to create that for you.
