Overview

I'm a Los Angeles bodywork practitioner, facilitator, and life coach creating spaces where you can truly let go and feel held.

My work blends hands-on massage with nervous system support, somatic healing, and parts work for deeper integration. I'm trained in the Hakomi Method, breathwork, IFS (Internal Family Systems), trauma-informed facilitation, and yoga. I study shamanic practices with teachers in South America and am a devoted student of herbs and plants.

Each session begins with herbal tea to help you...More settle in and arrive. Whether you need a full-body massage to release tension or a longer session blending bodywork with somatic and emotional work, I create a peaceful space with aromatherapy and organic oils where you can feel safe, seen, and nourished.

I also offer one-on-one coaching for queer men seeking to awaken their purpose and step more fully into their power, plus group spaces both online and in person.
My approach is grounded in presence and care, honoring both your body and what you're carrying. Healing happens when we feel truly held, and I'm here to create that for you.
