My style varies between relaxation and therapeutic massage, from light to firm...More pressure, based on your requests and needs.
Even tho Swedish and deep tissue are the two main styles I use, other types of massage techniques are available for sport massage, PNF, trigger points, lymphatic, and others learned during school and work training.
