Lasting relief begins with focused, attentive bodywork that responds to what your body actually needs. I blend Swedish and deep tissue techniques with a therapeutic focus, working anywhere from light to deep pressure and adjusting in real time based on how your body responds. Sessions are intentional, never rushed or routine, and designed to create noticeable change.

Having traveled to more than 30 countries studying how different cultures approach touch and healing, my perspective on bodywork has been shaped by... a global understanding of presence, precision, and care. As a gay man who has worked closely within the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of feeling comfortable and respected in a therapeutic setting. I create a space that is welcoming, professional, and grounded.

My private studio is minimal, modern, warm, and cozy, designed for comfort and real bodywork. I maintain clear therapeutic boundaries at all times. My goal is simple: you leave feeling better and confident that you have found the right therapist to return to.
