Matthew has a strong understanding of the body and his massage work is consistently effective. He’s great at finding and releasing knots and tight muscles, and the sessions are both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. The pressure is always right, and his leg and neck work really stand out — those areas always feel noticeably better afterward. On top of that, he’s genuinely kind, easy to talk to, and creates a really comfortable atmosphere. Great conversation, great music, and I leave each session feeling better every time.
