Overview

As someone who lives an active lifestyle, I understand the impact that work, traveling, the gym, and life in general can have on the body and soul. My massage practice is committed to treating and healing both the body and the mind. I am a licensed massage therapist and have been trained in various techniques and styles.

•Open and... clear communication: please let me know during the session if you’d like me to adjust the pressure or focus on specific areas. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities.
•Comfort & Cleanliness: my massage table is wide, well-cushioned, and comfortable. It also comes with a heater to ensure your optimal comfort.
•Fresh, clean sheets and towels are always used, and my table is thoroughly sanitized between clients.
•Hygiene is very important to me and you can expect me to be freshly showered and the environment to be clean for your comfort.
•Biotone is my go to lotion during my massage and I can accommodate an alternative option upon request.
•Aromatherapy is used at no additional cost to help relax the body and soothe the mind.
