Hi - I'm a licensed and certified massage therapist with over 15 years of experience serving clients throughout New York City. With more than 1,000 hours of professional training and a deep understanding of therapeutic bodywork, I specialize in personalized sessions that support stress relief, pain management, and overall wellness.

My signature technique is a unique blend of Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, and Assisted Stretching—designed to deliver a deeply restorative and therapeutic experience.

Sessions are available by appointment in... my studio as well as available for travel. My hours are flexible to accommodate busy NYC schedules. Your privacy, safety & comfort are my top priorities. I respect all people no matter your age, race or gender. LGBTQ+ friendly.
