Professional massage with experience, intention, and a strong understanding of how the body responds to quality hands-on work.

Based in Dallas, Texas, I have more than 10 years of professional massage experience, specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage techniques. I work primarily with men looking for effective bodywork to relieve muscle tension, reduce physical stress, support recovery, or simply reset after a long week.

I’m not a one-routine-fits-everyone therapist. Every body is different, and I adjust pressure, pacing,...More and technique based on what you actually need that day. Sessions may include slower Swedish movements, firm deep tissue work, focused attention to problem areas, and sports massage techniques when appropriate.

I take my work seriously, but I’m also easygoing and down to earth. You should be able to relax, communicate what feels right, and trust that you’re in experienced hands without the session feeling overly clinical or impersonal.

My approach is thorough, attentive, and straightforward. I believe a great massage should feel intentional from beginning to end and leave you genuinely feeling better afterward.

Sessions are performed on a full professional massage table. Advance booking is recommended, with same-day availability sometimes possible depending on my schedule.
