Hi, I’m Alex, a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Nashville.
I offer Swedish and Deep Tissue massages in both 60-minute and 90-minute sessions, tailored to meet your unique needs. My approach is simple and intentional: I take the time to listen carefully before every session so I can better understand your goals, whether that’s stress relief, muscle recovery, pain management, or total relaxation.
Each session is a full-body experience that includes soothing aromatherapy, relaxing hot towels, and a complimentary bottle

Working with Alejandro is an experience you truly shouldn’t miss.
From the moment you arrive, everything feels intentional and welcoming. The waiting room alone is absolutely beautiful and immediately sets the tone. Alejandro is incredibly warm and inviting — he takes time to sit with you before the session for a thoughtful intake conversation, really listening to what you want and need.
When he opens the door to the massage room, you’re met with what is honestly the most beautiful space I’ve ever had a massage in. And then comes the session itself — Alejandro is exceptionally talented. His work is thorough, the pressure is perfect, and every movement feels purposeful.
This may sound unusual, but the entire experience felt like a carefully curated production while still being deeply relaxing. The music, the scents, the atmosphere — every detail is spot on. I couldn’t schedule my next session fast enough.
Do yourself a favor and book with Alejandro as soon as you can. He’s absolutely incredible … and, as a bonus, very easy on the eyes.

I'm a fellow massage practitioner who's been seeing Alex for 1 year. I don't allow many people to give me massages. Too many therapists don't have that presence behind their touch, it's too mechanical, and many don't adjust to the landscape in front of them. I can literally figure out as the massage is going on "the routine" not allowing me to relax. Alex is one of only two massage therapists in Nashville that I allow to massage me. His presence, intuitive touch, and ability to respond to what my body needs in the moment truly set him apart. Every session is different, never routine, and allows me to fully relax, drift in and out of sleep, and feel deeply cared for. My body feels seen, nurtured, and restored. Alex's dedication and high standards really sets him apart from even the most "high-end" spas and hotels in Nashville. It's a gift to be able to provide that for a client. I am ready to be of service again after his massages.
