As a California-Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping, IASTM, and Relaxation Massage Each session tailored to your body’s unique structure and goals. My training at the National Holistic Institute and years as an endurance athlete, from triathlons to open-water swims and long-distance cycling. Gives me an intuitive understanding of muscle function, recovery, and performance.

I just had an amazing neuromuscular massage with Ray! He worked wonders on my tight subscapula, traps, and neck, leaving me feeling light and relaxed. The highlight was the incredible psoas muscle massage-Ray's expertise in releasing tension from this deep area was
