Hi, I’m Jay, a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) in Los Angeles, specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. As a former professional dancer, I have a deep understanding of body mechanics, movement patterns, and muscle function. This background allows me to recognize what your body needs and tailor each session to support your individual goals and overall well-being.

Each massage is fully customized to your unique needs, whether... you want to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, recover from physical activity, or address chronic discomfort. By combining soothing relaxation techniques with focused therapeutic work, I help clients feel renewed, balanced, and restored.
