Trained in both New York and California, I’ve been practicing massage since 2008 with over 2,000 hours of education and more than 10,000 hours of hands-on experience.

Modalities include:

Swedish: Smooth, flowing strokes that cover long lines of the body

Deep Tissue: Focused pressure to unwind chronic tension and activate deep release
