I began my massage therapy journey 14 years ago in Sonoma Valley, where I was born and raised. My first introduction to bodywork came through an elder’s class in Shiatsu and traditional herbalism—an experience that deepened my connection to healing, plant medicine, and the wisdom of touch. Four years later, I moved to West County to attend one of the country’s oldest herbal medicine schools, where I fully embraced my calling: helping others find greater ease, balance...More, and well-being in their bodies.

My work is intuitive, grounded, and nurturing. Each session is guided by a commitment to presence, offering space for the mind to settle and the body to restore its natural rhythm. Through a combination of skilled technique and deep listening, I support clients in reconnecting with their own vitality and inner calm.
