Massage Therapy by Anthony

I’ve been a fan of Anthony’s work since my first massage with him back in 2024. Because we don’t live in the same place, it wasn’t until this January in Puerto Rico that we finally crossed paths again for another session - which reminded me just how good he is and how much I wish I could see him more regularly.

I live with a chronic illness and often deal with muscle stiffness, spasms, and migraines, and Anthony has a great ability to sense where my body is holding tension and adjust his pressure as needed. He also suggests and incorporates different techniques he knows will help, from trigger point work around the neck to stretching, which makes a noticeable difference for me.

Beyond his technical skill, Anthony is very kind and welcoming, with a calm, grounding energy that helps you relax and feel comfortable right away. Every session I’ve had with him has been memorable and has left me feeling better and more at ease - I can’t recommend him enough.
