I came in with severe tension and pain throughout my lower back. Sitting was uncomfortable, driving hurt, and even lying down in bed had become difficult. I had a large knot on the right side of my lower back that felt like it was affecting everything I did.

Johnny immediately identified the problem area and explained what he was feeling in the tissue. During the session, he combined deep therapeutic bodywork with red light therapy focused on the area of greatest tension. At one point, I felt and heard a noticeable release and assumed it was his elbow or knuckles. He explained that the release was actually coming from my back.

What impressed me most was that the session didn't end when the massage ended. Johnny took the time to show me how to use a foam roller properly so I could continue improving my mobility. As we worked through the movements, I could feel my back loosen up and several areas release that I didn't even realize were restricted.

Johnny was ready and greeted me at the door. The room was dimly lit and relaxing, clean, candles burning and aroma filled the room. His massage was perfect, firm, gentle and knocked me our. It felt therapeutic. He adjusted the pressure for me. Im a talker but after about 15 minutes I was relaxed and in a trance. I leave feeling great and hes easy on the eyes too. I've been to him 3 times now and happy he's local. I definitely recommend him.
