Before I leave for Iceland this summer, I’m opening a limited round of sessions in Frisco and across North Dallas.

I’m Nicholas — a professional bodyworker practicing since 2008. My work blends deep tissue, Thai massage, craniosacral, and myofascial techniques into sessions that are intuitive, grounded, and highly personalized.

This is not cookie-cutter massage.

I work with a limited number of clients each day so I can stay fully... present, focused, and effective. Sessions are designed to help you unwind chronic tension, restore mobility, recover from training, and reconnect with your body.

I use hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet to work deeply and intentionally — adapting every session to what your body actually needs that day.

As a mobile practice, I bring everything directly to you so you can fully relax in your own space afterward.

Outside the treatment room, I lift, hike, run, and stay deeply invested in recovery and wellness myself — so I understand both physical stress and the importance of feeling good in your body.
