Aloha! My approach to massage centers around a thoughtful, client-focused, holistic approach that combines deep tissue and sports massage with an emphasis on relaxation, recovery, and well-being. I believe every massage can be a therapeutic experience that restores balance, improves circulation, and calms the nervous system. I take pride in creating a space where you can fully disconnect from all that is going on around you and take a few moments to reconnect with yourself.

I completed my training at...More Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage and have completed additional training in soft-tissue release and nerve glide techniques. I look forward to working with you.
