I work in a slow, precise, and intuitive way, adapting pressure and technique to what your body needs in the moment.More The result is deep relaxation and a greater sense of openness, lightness, and overall well-being throughout the body.

Deep Tissue and sports massage are my specialties. Though I am also trained in lighter modalities.

I have many years of experience working with thousands of clients, which allows me to read and respond to your body in great detail during the session. Each session is fully customized.

I trained at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Bodywork (IPSB) in Santa Monica, California. I have worked with clients in Los Angeles and Chicago, and alongside chiropractors and physical therapists.
