Overview

My healing journey began in 2010 after years of chronic back and knee pain. I invested deeply—physically, financially, and emotionally—in my recovery, exploring physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage, acupuncture, assisted stretching, mindfulness, surgery, and more. In time, I realized true healing isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about reconnecting with yourself. That insight became my purpose: guiding others to a more embodied path to recovery.

As a high-performing member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I know the pressure to push harder and do more—often at the cost of well-being. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and intuitive. I meet you where you are, with tools that support real, lasting change.
