Seasoned Bodywork by Troy

I had a session with Troy recently, and it was honestly one of the best bodywork experiences I’ve ever had. I’d been dealing with lower back pain, tight hips, piriformis soreness, and a lot of built-up tension — and the incredible part is that I barely had to explain any of it. Within minutes, Troy intuitively identified exactly where my problem areas were and began working on them with an incredible level of skill and care.
Throughout the session, he was communicative, intentional, and deeply knowledgeable, helping me breathe through some of the deeper work while making me feel comfortable the entire time.

When I left, my posture and stride felt completely different. I slept better, woke up feeling rejuvenated, and honestly couldn’t believe the difference.

I’ve had a lot of massages and bodywork over the years, and Troy truly stands out as one of the best. I can’t recommend him highly enough for anyone dealing with pain, stress, tightness, or chronic tension.
