I came in for help with body tightness and recovery, and the experience exceeded expectations. Troy is incredibly intuitive and seems to know exactly where tension needs to be released.
After the bodywork session, I slept like a baby and woke up feeling great. My body feels looser, more flexible, and fully reset.
He's highly skilled and truly a master of his craft.

Troy is an excellent massage therapist. He's professional, highly skilled and has a warm, welcoming demeanor. I felt super comfortable and relaxed in his studio. I would highly recommend Troy to anyone looking for a quality massage from someone who is attentive and knows how to work out problem areas with the right amount of pressure. I've been working with Troy weekly since October last year and give him a huge recommendation. I can tell his method of bodywork has made a huge difference on my mobility and flexibility.
