Overview

I come from Texas to San Diego.
I’m also a proud cancer and stroke survivor!

I believe massage therapy to be a collaborative effort, with great communication we will take all the time we need to learn about what best serves your needs for optimal mindfulness and satisfaction. My intentions are always to create a space of calm for the mind and body, providing techniques/exercises that can help extend the massage benefits well beyond the table.

I have 2 years...More of experience in massage across a variety of modalities, and 5 years of personal training experience physical therapy. As a stroke survivor who dealt with chronic pain, I have also experienced the power of bodywork in my own life.
