Massage Therapist & Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor.

I love contributing to my New York City community by helping people to heal their mind and body. I specialize in various techniques, from deep tissue to relaxing bodywork. It is important to communicate your needs, so we can use a combination of massage techniques and exercises that suit you best. All are welcome; gay, straight, LGBTQ plus, we all are human beings.

MY TRAINING: I have over 15 years of experience...More in massage therapy and more than 500 hours of training in the US and abroad. In addition, I have about three thousand hours of training as a teacher and 11 years of working experience in Yoga, Pilates, and Interval workouts, including Breath work, Yoga Nidra, Relaxation and various Meditation techniques.

PLEASE NOTE: SPORTS MASSAGE is an EXTRA fee. This type of bodywork is suited for professional athletes with dense muscle mass and tension in specific muscle groups. I recommend this option to athletes who are preparing for competitions and/or going through an intensive workout period. If you are requesting sports massage please make sure to specify when you contact me.
