Mind+Body Massage by Marc

San Francisco means one thing to me: Marc. I'm a busy traveler with all the aches and pains that go along with that, and when I want to relax and get a great, strong massage, he's the masseur who gives me more energy.

I've been seeing Marc for about 2 years now for neck and shoulder issues. His studio is conveniently located in the Castro which is perfect for me after my gym workouts. His studio is very clean and relaxing with candles and great music. Marc is quiet and soft spoken which makes me feel very relaxed, when I see him for my massage. He always asks me if there are any areas that may need more attention as well as how the touch or pressure is. I would highly recommend Marc.

He was able to quickly address my problem areas and after three sessions I feel completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend his bodywork.

I usually go to Marc to get a stress-relief kind of Swedish and soft massage. He noticed I was tense in my back and shoulders (probably just stress from this difficult times). Even though I don’t like deep work, I totally needed it. It was amazing as usual. I feel like I have better posture.

I was very happy with my massage session with Rodrigo. He is in an easily accessible location and provides a comfortable room for the massage. The pressure was perfect and Rodrigo used plenty of oil. Afterwards, I felt refreshed and satisfied. I will definitely be back.

Response to request for massage appt was timely and appt booked for appropriate time. Rod's welcome was warm and he has a specific room setup with a good-quality massage table, calming music, and heat to keep the room comfortable. HIs pressure was spot on without being too much, but working out the kinks. The hardest part was going back out in the cold as his bodywork, warmth, quality are equally good and I'm looking forward to another visit.

It was an aswesome massage, the ambient was so relax that I almost fall asleep. And he's a really easy going guy, he help me and gave me advices for my work out. And always made sure the pressure was right, I really enjoyed it.
