Overview
At the core of my therapeutic bodywork practice is the belief that healing is a deeply personal process. I am honored to support by helping others connect with their own capacity for self-healing. I have spent decades exploring the worlds of touch, somatics, and psychology in my journey to heal my body, mind, and spirit from the complexities of being human in today’s world.
My approach to touch is informed by my experiences as both a teacher and student of yoga, as well as my studies in Reiki, Taoist meditation, Shiatsu, Osteopathy, and dance.
Together, we will attune to your body’s needs and craft a unique blend of modalities for each session. Techniques may range from gentle, soothing touch to deeper, targeted pressure designed to release tension and restore balance.
