Professional bodywork-
Multiple modalities of bodywork based on your needs for healing and restorative relaxation. I take pride in providing the best service tailored to your unique needs. I work in central Palm Springs, but travel frequently, so if you are seeing this, I am or will be in your area. I provide a combination of deep tissue and Swedish, Sports and Thai massage. and Reiki healing.

Reiki is energy healing and is incredible when incorportated with other body work...More. It's a great tool for use with injuries or just for aligning the energy within you. I'm able to provide Reiki separate from your body work, but generally provide reiki during portions of the massage.

I can focus on certain areas that are causing challenges or provide an all over experience.

I see all types of people and do not discrimate based on physical or other differences. My aim is for you to feel peaceful and alive.

I'm also certified and trained in facilitated breath-work and bring nervous system regulation into each massage.
