Overview

My path into bodywork began through my own healing journey and a lifelong interest in holistic wellness. Over the years, my experiences receiving massage, exploring sound healing, and studying natural healing modalities inspired me to create an experience that goes beyond traditional massage.

I offer a unique, restorative bodywork experience that blends intuitive massage with techniques tailored to what your body needs that day. Sessions may incorporate deep tissue work, Swedish-style touch, myofascial release, guided breathwork, and sound healing to...More support relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.

Each session begins with a brief sound bath using 432 Hz tuned Crystal Tones® singing bowls to help create a grounded, peaceful space. Throughout the session, I incorporate tuning forks and Biofield Tuning techniques to encourage relaxation, energetic balance, and deeper body awareness. Gentle chakra balancing is often woven into the experience.

Sessions are performed on a heated EarthLite table using natural, non-toxic materials. Therapeutic red light from SaunaSpace is included.
