Having been trained and certified in both Massage Therapy and Personal Training for over 17 yrs, my parents both having been Physical/Massage Therapists, you could definitely say bodywork is in my blood!
There’s a lot of really nice massages from people with good touch; but couple that with extensive education that goes beyond average certification courses (250hrs is the min for certs and I’ve 750hrs), years working in high-end Day Spas, and you start to understand why my massage stands

Grant is hands down the best overall massage therapists I've found in San Diego and one of the best I've been to in SoCal.
It was easy to book a session with him because he was patient and fairly flexible. His rates are very reasonable for SoCal. There are quite a few guys who charge far more than he does, yet I feel like he'd still do a better job.
It's amazing how different receiving a massageturns out when you're with a dude who legitimately knows what he's doing. It certainly doesn't hurt that Grant happens to be an easy going and handsome man with a statuesque physique adorned with tasteful tattoos.
Plus, I found him very easy to talk to. No awkward conversations or drama. Overall, absolutely one of my favorite masseurs in SoCal.

Grant was an incredible masseur! One of the best massages I've had over the past 20 years. Like another commenter, I don't shy away from high pressure and Grant did a great job at working on all the tight spots. In addition to experience, he also has a very obvious knowledge of anatomy which helped him hone in on the right muscle groups. I've got chronic back pain and it's hard to get it to chill out but I left feeling like Jello. Cannot recommend Grant enough!
