Relaxing massage
Music, oils, calm lighting, rejuvenating touch - I will guide you into an alternate universe of pure relaxing bliss. I use a broad range of techniques (from light relaxing flow sequences to deep tissue, stretching, and trigger point stimulation) depending on what I feel your body is asking... for and, of course, based on your requests.

Healing massage / bodywork
Drawing on decades of practice in Alexander Technique, I can work with you to bring holistic healing to any injuries, aches, and pains you’re experiencing - ultimately unlocking your body’s ability to heal itself.

I use unscented oils or aromatherapy according to your preference.

A great massage is not just about good technique, it's also about how the therapist makes you feel. My overall experience with Anders was warm, welcoming, supportive and fully engaging. It was like a little vacation. Anders is knowledgeable and talented. His expertise is top-tier. I was relaxed, less stressed and in a better mood after my session with him. It was an excellent experience and I cannot wait to see him again. btw his humble presence and striking good looks is quite a combo!

Anders is a great masseur, friendly, clean, very good looking too and provides a very relaxing massage in a beautiful space. I have been to many therapists but he checks off all boxes, I highly recommend him if you are looking for the most relaxing experience possible.
